I've been working in the travel business for the past 20 years, organising tours, flights, car rentals, gulet cruises, and tailor made holidays for individual travellers as well as small groups. I speak fluent English and have worked for a wide range of British and American companies and organisations.
My first job as a television fixer dates back some 14 years to 1996, and it turned out to be a huge and exciting challenge. I didn't quite realise at first how significant a series it was I had been asked to work on, but the landmark BBC/PBS documentary In The Footsteps Of Alexander The Great, completely changed my career ambitions. Presented by the well known historian, Michael Wood, and shot by the award-winning director, David Wallace, it was the ultimate training ground for a first time fixer.
